I also spearheaded a major Go-to-Market (GTM) transformation impacting nearly 1,000 global employees, culminating in the restructuring of marketing, sales, revenue operations, customer success, and customer support functions. This transformation led to Coupa surpassing $1B in revenue for FY24, a first in the company’s history. My strategic approach has been integral in establishing a new B2B SaaS vertical in Business Spend Management (BSM), solidifying its place alongside foundational enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HCM.
